December Snow in Portland

Every time we get snow we chain up the van and drive to the mountain...Mt Tabor that is on 60th and Hawethorne. Grandma Tami loves to sled and so do we. It's been 4 yours since the last time and this year was AWESOME. The Neighborhood was busy also. The kids spent most of the day outside with each other. We had 14.5 inches of snow not a record but close. I missed 5 days of school the kids missed 3. What a fun extra week.

Here Alex, Peter, Dave and Tucker are taking turns on the snow skate in Henry St. Mindi's dog George was in training to be a sled dog and pulled the kids up and down the street.
